Yes. A licensed Tidemark plumber is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including nights, weekends and holidays — for burst pipes, major leaks, sewer backups, failed water heaters and gas concerns anywhere in our service area.

We serve Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk and Portsmouth, including Kempsville, Great Neck, Sandbridge, Red Mill, Ghent, Larchmont, Great Bridge, Western Branch and Harbour View. If you are just outside these areas, call and ask — we can often still help.

Yes. Tidemark Plumbing is a Virginia-licensed plumbing contractor with master plumbers on staff, and we carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We pull permits for work that requires them and schedule the inspections for you.

Estimates for replacements, repiping, remodel plumbing and line replacement are free. For diagnostic service calls we charge a flat trip fee that is applied to the repair if you choose to go ahead. You always get a written price before we start work.

It depends on the type (gas, electric, tankless or heat pump), size, location and any code updates your installation needs. We give you a firm written price after a quick look, and the price includes the permit, expansion tank if required and haul-away of the old unit.

For emergencies we typically arrive within 60–90 minutes in Virginia Beach and Norfolk. Routine repairs and estimates are usually scheduled the same or next business day.

Yes. Our labor is guaranteed for one year on repairs and up to five years on repiping and new installations, in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on the equipment we install.

We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash, and we offer financing on water heaters, repiping and larger projects for qualified customers.

Absolutely. We handle rough-in and trim-out for remodels, additions and new construction and coordinate with your schedule and inspections.

If you have polybutylene or corroded galvanized pipe and have had more than one leak, repiping is usually the better long-term value. We’ll inspect your system and give you both options honestly.
