Recurring clogs and a sewer smell in the hall bathroom led this Great Bridge homeowner to call us. Our camera inspection showed the original cast-iron drain under the floor had rusted through along the bottom and was partially collapsed.
We opened the floor, removed the failed cast iron back to solid pipe, and installed new Schedule 40 PVC drain and vent lines with a new cleanout, then re-plumbed the vanity, toilet and kitchen sink supplies in copper.
