A hissing sound in the walls, a water meter that spins when every fixture is off, or a stain spreading across the ceiling means water is going somewhere it shouldn’t. Our technicians use acoustic listening equipment, thermal imaging and pressure testing to find hidden leaks with as little drywall damage as possible.

When leaks keep coming back, the real problem is usually the pipe itself. Many Hampton Roads homes built in the 1970s through the mid-1990s were plumbed with polybutylene, and older houses often still have corroded galvanized steel. We repipe homes with type L copper or PEX manifold systems, re-route lines out of slabs and exterior walls, and install new shut-off valves at every fixture.

A typical single-family repipe takes two to four days, and you’ll have running water every evening. We protect floors and furnishings, cut the smallest access openings possible and can coordinate drywall patching so the job is truly finished.
