A Great Neck family was finishing a kitchen and powder room renovation and needed the plumbing redone to match the new layout: a double-bowl undermount sink on a new island run, a dishwasher and disposal, and a wall-hung vanity with a back-to-wall toilet in the powder room.
We replaced the old undersized drain with new 1-1/2" and 2" PVC, installed separate trap arms for each bowl with a proper vent, and ran new PEX supplies with quarter-turn stops so every fixture can be isolated.

The original sink drain dropped straight into an old galvanized line inside the exterior wall that had almost completely closed with scale, and the new cabinet layout left very little room for traps and supply lines.
