During a whole-house renovation in Larchmont, the contractor asked us to replace all of the original supply piping and set up a new mechanical area in the garage.
We installed a PEX home-run manifold with individual fixture valves, a pressure tank and filtration loop, an exterior backflow preventer for the irrigation system, and a new water heater with sump and condensate routing.
